realsmart running slow? Check this for a quick fix!!!

Have there been any changes to you internet connection recently? If the answer is ‘yes’ you may have noticed realsmart running slower than normal or not working as it should.
If there are ANY changes to your internet provision you need to check that www.rlsmart.net is exempt from filtering AND caching. If this is not in place you will experience problems with realsmart, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but soon…….
One of our longest running and busiest users experienced just this, and it all came down to realsmart being filtered and cached on their proxy servers and by their Internet Service Provider (ISP). Below is a quote from that school, telling us how fast realsmart is now that it has been added to the filtering exemption list.
“It was like a reservoir bursting!!!!! Suddenly Realsmart became Realfast……….. What ever got changed today has unleashed the full potential of the application…. Thanks to all the Realsmart Technical Team.”
The names have been changed to protect the innocent…….
Hi, my realsmart is running about as slow as a snail, i dont blame realsmart because i love it, really i think its my school…
